What is my Client ID number?

Your Client ID is a 7-digit number that you receive after you successfully create your GetYourRefund account. Your Client ID number helps keep your data secure and is sent by email or text message.

Need help finding your Client ID number? Look for a text message from 58750 or search “hello@getyourrefund” or “Welcome to GetYourRefund” in the email account you used to sign up. 

You can also view your Client ID number at any time by logging in to GetYourRefund.
