How do I log in?

GetYourRefund is open from the end of January through October. Please reach out to our support team by clicking “chat with us” at the bottom of your screen with any questions. To login: 

1. Click Login on the homepage

2. You'll be asked to enter your cell phone number or email address

3. Our system will send you a text or email with a 6-digit code

4. Enter your 6-digit code and click verify

5. Enter your Client ID or the last four digits of your SSN or ITIN to login

You can login into GetYourRefund to:
- Complete tax question
- Add missing documents 
- Message your tax team 
- View your final tax return once complete 

You cannot login to accounts made in previous years. If you need access to a prior year return, please reach out to our support team.
